Shipping policy

US shipping

We ship to the United States only. We do not currently ship to Canada or other countries. Products ship directly from suppliers in China. XRO remains your customer-support contact.

Shipping charge

US economy shipping is US$199 per order for our M240i G42, M340i G20 and M440i G22 catback exhausts. The charge applies once to an order containing these exhausts, including mixed-model orders. It is an XRO flat rate, not a real-time carrier quote. Applicable taxes are separate.

Delivery estimate

Allow approximately 30–90 calendar days for economy delivery. This planning estimate is based on supplier shipping estimates and is not a guaranteed arrival date. Processing, destination, customs and carrier delays can affect delivery. Contact us before purchase if you need delivery by a particular date.

Import duties, taxes and carrier brokerage may be payable separately unless expressly included in your order. We do not promise duty-free delivery or undervalue customs declarations.

We will provide tracking after dispatch. A shipping label alone does not mean the carrier has received the parcel. We will communicate material delays and applicable cancellation or refund options.

Send your exact model year, chassis, drivetrain and current exhaust modifications. A shared B58 engine does not make every exhaust interchangeable.

Shipping and import charges

Products are planned to ship directly from the supplier in China. Shipping costs and estimated dispatch and transit times must be confirmed for your destination before payment. Import duties, import taxes and brokerage are payable by the recipient unless checkout explicitly includes them. No delivery estimate is confirmed yet.

Returns and incorrect items

Return and warranty terms are being finalized before orders open. XRO will be your contact for order issues. Do not send goods to our business address without return instructions. These preparations do not limit rights that apply under law.

Product images and sound

Garage images are generated illustrations, not photographs of installed products. Exhaust tips and finish may differ. Sound clips will be added later when the exact parts and reuse rights are confirmed.
